Order Cancellation

If you change your mind about your Hosmart order for any reason, we offer an easy cancellation. We accept order cancellations with full refunds as long as your cancellation request is completed prior to the shipping of the product. If your product has already been shipped, please take the steps for a return.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase because of our 90-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a full refund, please make sure that the product is in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. Please note, we will not be able to refund products that have been damaged or misused.

If the reason for your return is due to a quality issue, we are happy to offer a replacement if the request is made within 2 years of purchase as part of our 2-year quality warranty. We will cover the shipping costs as well.  But for the non-quality reasons, the customer shall bear the shipping cost.

To start the return process, please submit your return request along with a valid proof of purchase to [email protected]. We will provide a return shipping label where you can send your product to be reviewed for a refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its reception and to notify you whether your return has been approved for refunding. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be returned to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refund?

If you have not received your approved refund within the 30 day timeframe, please first contact your bank or credit card company to confirm the return credit is not pending. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account. If your bank or credit card company confirms that there is no pending credit, please contact our team via  [email protected],  so we can promptly resolve the issue.
